At Glamure, your glow is our priority — and we make sure your favorite skincare and wellness picks reach you safely and on time, every time.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–7 business days
  • High-volume periods (festive/sale): Slight delays may occur — we appreciate your patience

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a minimal shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
All orders must be prepaid via secure payment options available on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Delays or Delivery Issues
While we do everything possible to ship your order promptly, delays may occasionally happen due to weather, operational issues, or regional disruptions. We promise to keep you informed every step of the way.

Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery
Please make sure your shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll assist you with reshipping  applicable fees may apply.
